I love my job. It is so easy and flexible and non-stressful. I have loved a job before, but it was full of stress--this one is a cinch.
Worst Part of the Day-
I was feeling hopeful about Will-O as we had had a stable string o' days. Today he and S. had another issue (which bugs me!). They are sooo similar that they will perhaps always have issues, but I want W. to brush off some of this. Example: When S. gets home from school she runs into my arms and we hug and smooch and talk about the day. She is never super into running into Will-O's arms until after our mom-daughter time. Will-O gets offended by this and feels it is not respectful, etc. and suspects it has something to do with ME. I tell him that any parenting book will state that this is normal and will vascillate between parents over time, etc. He takes it WAY too personally and tries to get S. to rationalize her behavior (eeegads) needless to say it doesn't work. The final product is often tears (which I am anti-).
