Best Part of the Day - Got my hair cut n' colored (finally!) They also had this woman walking around giving hand massages and that was nice. But the best part (after getting my dense locks thinned the hell out) was just sitting, drinking that lovely Aveda tea and reading mindless magazines. Zen.
Also Erik leaves tonight for a course and so I get to just relax, watch Buffy's and go to bed early.
Worst Part of the Day - Getting the boys out of the house this morning felt like it took an army of one (me). Man o man. The woman who cut my hair today has two boys who are 7 and 8 years old (14 months apart) and so we exchanged war stories. She said that she didn't go anywhere for the first two years - literally not anywhere. I hear ya, sista.
