Worst Part of the Day - Got a call during my four child-free hours today - that IMP was in major pain from diaper rash (OH LAWD - when will this end???) So I grabbed him and decided as long as he was in pain ... why not a flu shot? We walk into the clinic and I start filling in his info at the computer kisok. Then this old, crotchety man watches me and says "are you checking in? I didn't know you were supposed to do that and I was here FIRST!" And for one second I about said "too freakn' bad old dude." But I give him a dirty look and sigh loudly and let him (S-L-O-W-L-Y) fill out his info.
Best Part of the Day - Parentals arrive. SB soooo excited to see them.
Also that Erik - he called to say he was going to be late just to keep the peace and I think that is truly swell o' him. Gold Star for him. Maybe two stars. All is back to peaceful chaos in the household.
