Clean, fresh home!! (I know--dork-a-lork, but I love it clean and fresh!!)
Worst Part of the Day-
I woke Scarl in the morn and she seemed chipper, so I informed her she would be going to school after the 2 day absence. We readied and walked the 1/2 block to her bus stop corner and she started coughing as she has been for 5 days. She then started hacking away. Then hocking up serious phlegm and making ugly, loud guttural sounds. As the bus pulled up she was hurling and coughing and dramatically spitting phlegm on the ground. The bus lady said "You're not gonna send her to school like that are you?" I was thinking, hey I know it looks and SOUNDS horrible, but it's fine--it's just a cough--it's not puking. Then S. started wailing "Don't make me throw up on the bus in front of the kids..." We said goodbye to the bus and walked back home to re-evaluate the plan.
