Worst Part of the Day - A plane trip with one layover is sucky. One with two layovers is downright soul sucking. ESPECIALLY when at one Baltimore airport I had to exit the B Concourse and then go through security again to get to C Concourse. What the .... how can that be right?? But I have to say that all planes were right on time AND my luggage was circling the baggage claim as I walked up to it from my flight. Not bad.
Did have some moments during an otherwise nice dinner out with my parents and their friends when I was like "OH MY GOD don't let me get old." This one woman we were with was sweet and interesting but could not hear a thing we were saying and had no idea who we were talking about (and these were people she has know for YEARS). Also asked a couple questions over and over. Oh my. And toward the end of this lengthy dinner I was thinking "home. now. home. now. please. home. now."
Best Part of the Day - Getting to see the little sweets again! The boyz were so fun to see and hang out with. They were all big smiles and huge giggles and just tons of happy fun.
Also got an early birthday present from my parents - a spa day ... tomorrow here in Michigan. So they will watch the kiddos (again) while I get a manicure, pedicure and massage. Um ... so great!!! A perfect and perfectly timed present!
