Doing it up while leaving a miniscule carbon footprint on a gorgeous end o' summer day:
1) I mowed the lawn with the manual push mower. It is moderately fun and I do feel like a badass. I only takes 30 minutes tops and it is mini-exercise.
2) I made major headway on painting the upstairs hallway with environmentally friendly paint (what is all of the other paint???)
3) I hung laundry on the clothesline (who am I?)
Worst Part of the Day-
There must be animal fat/animal protein deficiency in my diet (yeah, that's it) 'cause I am craving and scarfing down French onion dip like mad. I am talking 3 separate times this month and prior to this episode, I had not had it (or thought about it) since college dorm life cicra 1992.

Looking back on my MU dorm daze - the last thing I think of is the food. It was terrible. And more frustrating were the 4 ounce glasses.
I remember the au joir for the rock hard rolls but no french onion soup. Maybe things were different in the all female dorms.
I have been out of Wisconsin too long. You are referring to the tastey stuff people buy potato chips for. Its good!
I may have to do a border run and pick some up.
I am still thinking about Cobeen Hall...
