Worst Part of the Day - Awoken at 5:30 a.m. by an extremely upset little 3.5 year old nephew. He and SB were under the bed for some reason .... and nephew kept saying "I can't get out! I can't get out!" So finally after trying to get him to come out, I just had to drag him out. Then I set him back up in his sleeping bag (SB slept though all of this) and went back to bed only to be called back about 20 minutes later (this would of course be just about when I was asleep). I again comforted him, put him back in his sleeping bag and went back to bed. The third time he cried out, I hid under the covers until Uncle Erik came to the rescue. The last thing I remember before falling back asleep was our sweet nephew saying "There's SNAKES!" and Erik saying, gruffly, "There are NO snakes - for sure." Man am I TIRED!
Best Part of the Day - Erik took SB (along with Uncle Chris and his kiddos) to this amazing (so I hear) open animal kingdom type place. You pay for admission and then buy buckets o' food and the animals reach in through the windows, sunroof, wherever to get the food. Anyways, IMP and I (after a dose o' Motrin for his erupting baby Vampire teeth) had an excellent afternoon of one on one fun. We went to the library (where he was a menace, but adorably so) and on a walk and played with his choice of toys. Finally dinner and bath by his lonesome. He's funny - clearly loves to be with SB, but doesn't mind being an only lonely as well.
