I came home from work around 3:45pm and found Scarlet decked out in the outfit she wore this past Christmas Eve. She had a matching purse on her arm and declared our family outing this week (we try to at least one event all together each week) would be dinner at a "fancy" restaurant. She had picked out outfits for each one us and we got dressed right away (I was starving). We were stylin at 4pm at a run-of-the-mill Mexican place. I had on an off-white silky number with black very high heels. Will-O had on a shirt, tie and suit pants (downright formal for him--S. gushed to him "yeah, baby...looking good!") Scarlet was in a child-sized Mrs. Claus get-up and Liam in his pastel Easter wear. It was a successful dining experience for all and we were for once the best dressed family (and most colorful) on the block--fo sho.
Worst Part of the Day-
I found out that I inadvertently forwarded an email to a parent of one of our girls at work. I absent-mindedly sent this dad an email in which one of our social workers (a great one) alluded to this dad as being very annoying (he is) and even called his constant emailing about nonsense "sh*tty". Doh. Needless to say, that is a "no no" and I feel sh*tty.

I have done that e-mail thing before and it is one of the WORST feelings! (on the bright side - maybe will give dad some useful insight!)
You are correct...thankfully my boss chuckled and said "Good things can come of this." I was/am mortified. Duh...do I not know how to email???
