I have solidified a sitter for both nights next weekend. This small victory took more phone calls and more overall work (research) than it should take, but I am pleased. It would be a heck of a lot easier if I could locate my manny.
Worst Part of the Day-
I am changing internet companies as I have been paying through the insane roof for 2.5 years without looking at the bill or even really knowing what I should be paying. Screw you Time Warner!! I got everything set up from AT&T and moment of truth--it does not work. No signal, no DSL, no wireless. No one at AT&T knows why this is happening. One service tech man Iwith whom I talked acted like I was the biggest dumb ass broad ever to walk the earth. Seriously, it's not working.

Oh HO! That happened to me too - it was a set up issue (I had placed the hardware on the hard drive instead of on the wireless modem). BUT why did they not do the install? Because THEY DON'T CARE. Hope you are up and running now!
