Sleeping in. Ya know it's true! I went out with Lisa last night and we hit up a house party and then just out in costume. It helped to rest and wake when I deemed it a reasonable time. The whole fall back thing can really only be appreciated if your early rising kids are at someone else's home. Love it!!
Worst Part of the Day-
This will sound bad, but today worst part has to do with my volunteer shift for the Obama campaign. It was semi-brutal. I signed up to canvas today, Sunday and Monday. The deal is you walk for your assigned shift of 4 hours and knock on doors to remind known Obama supporters to vote and inform them when and where, blah blah blah. (Doesn't everyone know this stuff?) Thank heavens today was 70 degrees and breezy. I was still DONE after 1.5 hours of hoofing it with a clip board in hand. My time spent did not seem to make a huge impact or even serve as helpful. Isn't there some other way I can assist the Obama camp? I may have to call in sick tomorrow.
