Worst Part of the Day - I'd say it was something about the boyz (again) waking up at 5 a.m. Trying to keep them quiet which is like trying to .... well like trying to keep a 1.5 year old and almost three year old quiet. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. And then it just leads to extreme tiredness on my and the boyz part. Not to mention that SB is having a moment that is lasting hours - he is just "off" and I'm thinking maybe I've placed too much transition in his young life. Well kiddo - just wait until we move to NC.
Best Part of the Day - We brought the kiddos to the zoo and the water park and much fun was had by all. The cousins all got along so well - the older ones were all so helpful and loving and sweet.
I did not put myself through the trauma and drama of having SB and IMP at the family meal (seriously - my sister-in-law has put on a family dinner since her oldest was BORN! It's not natural. There also excellent eaters - fish, souffle, exotic foods like olives? Bring it on.) So I fed my babies early and got them bathed and then enjoyed a leisurely, child free dinner (are all my best parts child free as of late??) And then had a hilarious time watching my sister-in-law with her mom - oh my, are mother/daughter relationships all the same or what? And then we three had another hilarious conversation about family. It was really fun.
