Getting picked up at the airport by Will-O and kidz. So good to smooch them after a fabulous weekend.
Worst Parts of the Day-
It seems sneakily coincidental that after my 65 beers yesterday that I would feel yucky today. (I am always willing to openly admit to hangover...). However, I was awoken at 3am with GI distress that continued on for about 12 hours. A fever was added to the fun and games just as I was boarding the plane. I was bragging last night about how I haven't had a fever or diarrhea since the 4th grade and bam--here I have both--odd. (I did not know the cosmos could work so gol darn quickly to make me eat my words.)
Ah ha--now I understand why people with diarrhea want to take Immodium AD prior to getting on an airplane--the commercials all make perfect sense now. After a 2 hour plane delay and then shivering/sweating/fever/chills cycle while sitting next to a potbellied man who did not want to get up to let me by every 10 minutes, I was glad to say adios to the travel day.
Also, turns out the cell phone was not in the car all along--wah, wah, wah. Mysterious.

If your bouts of diarrhea are twenty five years apart, and your kids potty train at 18 months - you should expect something really bad to happen to you because no one is that lucky! Karma must balance out for you.
PS is it twenty five, twenty-five or twentyfive?
