Best Part of the Day - Wes slept in until almost 8 a.m. (!) Got my little certification tape in the mail - USPS not so bad. Expecting worse lines.
Worst Part of the Day - I ran some late day errands while Erik stayed with the kiddos. Bless His Heart - Erik kept Wes from falling asleep (we thought maybe we could shake up the routine since he had slept so late today). I got home at 4 p.m. and then next hour and a half felt like about eight hours - that kid was either throwing things around the room or throwing himself down on the ground in despair. I had to dig very deep into my depleted reserves to remain calm. On a positive note - he did go straight to bed. But not worth it - rather have the naps and tough bedtimes.
Frog Update - Wes has not let the frog out of his sight since they were reunited (and it felt so good). And he keeps saying "mama you found him in your purse. He was lost and I never find him." Then he whips him across the room. Ahhh, young love.
