Best Part of the Day - To the gym and then took the babe's to a new (new to me) McDonald's playland. Quinn (of course) played for two and a half hours with nary a complaint. Wes did well for about 45 minutes and then kept coming back to bug me with his Happy Meal toy. But all in all it was a lovely outing that wore them out.

Worst Part of the Day - Felt lethargic in Group Power today - needing more protein?
