Best Part of the Day-
I am now your friendly CPR Instructor. Read the books, taught a mock class and passed the test!
I truly learned a lot in this course and have some fun tactics on teaching the adult learner. Woo-hoo.
Funny quips in a southern accent per my L.L. teacher: As she was trying to illuminate involuntary muscle contractions--"Have y'all ever chopped a snake in two?" "Have y'all ever pulled off a lizards tail?" Ahhh, no and no. "Then no to cutting off a chicken's head, then?" Ahhh, correct.

Worst Part of the Day-
Well, despite my clear instructions that I had to attend class from 8am-5pm, Will-O was MIA at 7:30am and 7:45 and 8am. I called my L.L. instructor and told her my plight and she said in her Tennessee way, "Well, just bring the kids! It'll be fun." So, I plastered a fake smile on and told the kids plans had changed and we were going to the Best Western conference room with some coloring books and DVD's and yippee, isn't life grand?? The kids really did think it was grand. Then when I received a call from Will-O at 8:45am, the kids were sad to be collected from the super cool Best Western (which was also housing a child pageant and a train fest this fine Sunday...) Shenanigans, I tell ya. And heart palpitations and icky flashbacks of yesteryear...

(Do y'all see why I don't like to count on others named Will-O?"

7:30 AM? Now who is the crazy one? Why does it feel like I am doing this multiple times?
