Headed to Chicago for a group slumber party at Sean/Alli's. The kids were so excited to head out and the night was ab perfect: picked up my fave Middle Eastern at Sultan's, we all watched E.T. and the kids went to bed without a peep so I could swill wine and chat, chat, chat.
Worst Part of the Day-
Stupido Chicago traffico.
Kid Quotes/Quips:
Liam refuses to call the movie, E.T. by its name--he will only say, "that alien movie."
Scarlet commented on how E.T.'s hand "looks moist all the time...I wouldn't want to eat the Reese's Pieces he was holding in his moist hand..." I agree and remember thinking the same!
