Best Part of the Day - Another (!) trip to Carowinds (the local amusement park). Erik and I took turns riding the bigger roller coasters. The Intimidator is SOOO fun - huge drop and 75 mph speeds. Whoa. Not very crowded, so kiddos got to ride lots of rides without much of a wait. But Mama was CaroWINDED by the end - really to head home.
Worst Part of the Day - Felt REALLY crappy after the amusement park trip ... heat? Roller Coaster too much? Not enough to drink? Getting sick? Felt just yuck for the entire afternoon and night.
