Best Part of the Day - Gym and then hanging out with some pals. Another beautiful day. But getting hotter ... I wrote a little poem to let you know how I feel about it:

I hate to complain, but it don't seem fair

to go straight from paying for heat to air.

Worst Part of the Day - Have had headaches the past two nights ... brutal.
