Best Part of the Day - Pleased with not being pregnant for three years now. Also my friend Melissa picked up the kiddos this morning at 9:30 a.m. to take them to her church, so I could teach a Centergy class (no childcare on Sundays). She dropped them back off at 12:20 p.m. with a "no big deal." What a pal :)
Also against my better judgment, the boyz and I went to National Marquette Day. Chris and Ann talked me into it. But it was fine - actually better than fine, it was fun. The four cousins amused themselves the entire time with a video game (no quarters actually put into this game), beads, MU pom pons, and food. What a fine way to spend the end of a Sunday - in a bar! And Miller Lite? Tastes like water. I have not had one in years. Quinn did drop his pants in the middle of the bar twice - I think it was in honor of Marquette and college in general. Seemed very appropriate (and we did make it to the bathroom both times which is pleasing to me).
Worst Part of the Day - A rushed morning - getting Erik to the airport, back home, getting kiddos ready to go with Melissa, off to teach (and I kind of messed up on track which is annoying!) and then home. Whew. Day of Rest? Nope.
Happy Birthday Wes. Three IS a magic number.
Here are some things I enjoy about Wes -
1. Sense of humor
2. Extraordinary observation skills (reminds me of G-Ma and Gigi)
3. Hair the color of honey, eyes the color of sky just after the sun goes down
4. Snuggler
5. Gast Bugger Gene
6. Will try any type of food
7. Mad dance skillz (and not afraid to show them)
8. His made up phrases (Frosting Milk for vanilla soy milk. Crocagator for either alligator or crocodile).
9. His need to match and look cute (this one might just be from me - but he has taken it up like gangbusters.)
10. His amazing coordination with a bat, spoon, computer, ball ... whatever.
Love you Wesson!
