Best Part of the Day-

1.  Scarlet read me a book and it was super cool.  She gets it, man.

2.  Watching the movie, Hurricane, and drinking a beer.  

Worst Part of the Day-

Will-O came back from a many day stay in Chicago.  It started nice and fine and could've kept going that way, but then went sour and down and dumb.  (with me, not with the kids.)

Best Quote of the Day-

While I was picking up some stuff in the yard, Scarlet bent over to me and patted me on the back while she said sweetly, "It's concerning me, Mom, how hard you work.  Let's take a break.  You sit down and rest.  There, there."  It made me laugh and smile.
