Worst Part of the Day - Wes up early (again!) But this time I got him right to a video and all was quiet :) The four hour drive took over six and a half hours - construction, stops, traffic, more construction. And Wes slept only the first hour as the stop/start did not lull him and he was not quiet about his discontent. Much yelling from him. When we finally arrived home it took me hours to get him down. I finally put him in my bed and patted his back. I was so tired - it was a tough one.
Best Part of the Day - The Pinter kiddos gave my boyz some toys they had been playing with - a suitcase full of matchbox cars, a skiball game, a hoppity ball. What sweets - I love getting those cousins together. Overall a most excellent visit :)

Worst Part of the Day - Wes up early and he was LOUD. So we had a tired boy on our hands and he about lost it several times today. And when it was time to git to bed - he just wouldn't let himself wind donw. Finally Teen Titans put him to snoozeland. Whew.
Best Part of the Day - Super fun day with the Pinters - Children's museum and then to lunch. Then the kiddos just entertained each other the rest of the time. Then Jen and I had a lovely salad and red, red wine. Scott came home and shared his dinner out dessert with us. Then Jen and I somehow ended up chatting away until well after midnight - whoa. But so much to say.

Worst Part of the Day - Had to pack it up for our trek to see my sister-in-law, her hubby and her three kiddos. Many, many trips to the car even though I tried to be o so organized. Oh well.
Best Part of the Day - Easy four hour drive South. Then we arrived to the fun cousins and had a grand time - tea party outside, games inside (they had Uno Attack which Q has been coveting at Target) and then to a huge splash park/water slide deal. Wes said he wanted to go down the water slide - which we could do together on a double inner tube. I was skeptical as he has made me go up to slides before and then we walk down. But this time he got right in that tube and down we went ... at the bottom he looked at me and said "again." He went three more times. I also kind of made Q go too - he did not love it, but I was proud he went. Then home to a delish meal by Jenn, wine and chit chatting.

Worst Part of the Day - FINALLY got the computer to play the Netflix. Whew - only took me four plus hours. But could not watch any beloved tv shows as I got meself home too late.
Best Part of the Day - Third annual mother/daughter din din at Everyday People cafe (amazing food!!) Appetizer, salad, entree, dessert - plus Proseco and vino. My salmon was probably the best salmon I've ever had!! Roll me out the door. Fun and interesting conversation - very cool. Always, always a treat. Thanks to Gin for bankrolling the evening.
Best? Worst? Saw my G-Ma today along with my mom and the boyz. Her care is completely top notch - big home, home cooked meals, friendly and patient staff, nice room. Best Part of the Day - THE BUCKET POOL. Man, I love that place. I got 3/4 of a magazine read while the kiddos splashed and played. Then swam with both kids for a hour. We had a blissful 3 plus hours. Sigh.

Best Part of the Day - My mom took Quinn to the pool for a couple hours this afternoon while Wes and I hung out. Always nice to have one on one time with the boyz. Wes continues his amazing, cool streak. Excellent.
Worst Part of the Day - UM it's hard to try and learn this new Centergy release - which I am kind of cheating by just being a participant several times per week. But anyway, it's hard to learn it when the instructor keeps F#$KING it up. So annoying. Guess maybe I should just learn it on my own - but that seems so haaarrrdddd (whine learned from Q).

Best Part of the Day - Finally got kiddos to the beach (they really are anti sand which is very odd to me. I mean yes it's annoying, but it IS what makes the beach so beachy.) We went in the late afternoon with warm sun and warm sand. Very nice. And once we got there - no complaints about sand.

Best Parts of the Day-
1. I'm feeling my crazy month of July fading away. Thank you!!!
2. Booked sitter for tomorrow night (whew) for a work dinner (and drinks).
3. Switched some on-call days: tomorrow and Sunday (whew, whew).

I planned on making a yummy meal and in the end I changed my tune (lack of organization?) and insisted that fresh fruit and bowls of cereal were our dinner. Ooops.

Best Part of the Day-
Should I have gone into job #1? Yes, perhaps. Seeing as today was the FIRST day of summer that I didn't have each moment spoken for from dawn til dusk (just dawn til lunch), I took the kiddies to the beach, offered to help Will-O's mom with her move. Very relaxing not to have to rush about the town.
Worst Part of the Day-
Delivered friend, H., to airport. Sad to see her leave after our super duper fun and super duper needed get togetha. The kids wept mini tears to see her go. Scarlet said, "If I didn't have you as a mom or Auntie Kelly as a mom, I would like to have Helen as my mom--she gets me." Indeed.

2. Dinner with MU buds. Complete with Chicken dance and drinks on the veranda.

Picked up friend, H., at airport in pm. Delivered kiddies to Cuz K. for overnight and met out T. and others at MU reunion dinner. The fun commences!

1. Oddly had a ton of laundry to do (sheets, towels, etc.)
2. Friend H's plane was delayed, delayed, delayed (thanks world wide web!) so my pre-planned childless unch at hipster joint was foiled.
3. Weather emergency had summer camp cancelled (peeps, its just rain--a ton of rain.)

Done with job #1 on the early/on time side. Began prepping for out of town guests arriving in the morn tomorrow....cannot wait!!!

Monsoon-type wind/rains. Made Milwaukee make national news with the intense flooding.
Took kids out to eat after work and Scarlet had a tantrum. Whoa. Had to leave ASAP.

1. Fun fest in Cathedral Square with kids during day (incidentally saw cute male who asked for my # at 3am in Bayview...)
2. Babs' B-day party in eve--sooo nice to see the fam from near and far!! Scarlet and Liam were superstars and quite the entertainment for the guests. Thank you to my outstanding waitress, Miss S.

1. Planned on my parents having the kids all day night as I was on call. REALLY needed the coverage...
2. Saw OMG show with amazing new drummer. Will-O is a solid performer (just not a solid partner.)

So I took call for a co-worker today at 11am. At 11:09am the pager went off for an emergent case. Then we completed in a few hours and I went to job #1 to do some damage control for my vaca/absence last week. Was at job #1 for 6 minutes and got another page. Doh.
Missed realtor appt due to case @ 3pm. Worked til 9pm at job #1. Seriously??

Best Part of the Day - While my dad took Wes to the pool, I took Quinn to the beach. We walked to Big Red and then he jumped in the water. Then I jumped in too (after a puppy dog eyed request from Q) and it was sooo great. Warm and wavy and so very nice. What fun.
Worst Part of the Day - To celebrate the last day of VBS, I took the boys out to lunch. How nice to head to the lovely waterfront Boatworks with my babes. We were 3/4 of the way through with lunch when Quinn announced that he had to poop. Then Wes said "I can't stay here alone", so we all trekked to the bathroom. On the way, I see our waitress and let her know that we will be right back to the table. Then in the bathroom Wes announces "I have to poop." So I'm guarding two doors, waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally both are done, wiped, and hands washed. We head back to our table and (gasp!) our food has been totally cleared. Both boyz have saucer eyes and mouths in the perfect O's "Our lunch," they start to whimper softly and then getting louder. SO we had to grab the waitress and she put in our order AGAIN .... so we got our second lunch about 10 minutes later. Quinn ate close to two grilled cheeses, as he was almost done with his sandwich when it was cleared. And then we brought home the rest of the food.

Best Part of the Day - It twas a rainy, rainy day at the cottage. So the boys played for hours together and then we started movie time. In the meantime, I lounged in my bed and read (and read and read). I like the lazy, rainy days every once in a while.
Worst Part of the Day - Thunderstorms at night kept clicking the power off and on - and this would reset my parents alarm system which would then BEEP until you reset it. Annoying AND exhausting. My two least favorite things (other than Disgusting and Stupid.) Actually I can think of lots of least favorite twosomes.

Best Part of the Day - Sarah and I went to do a little shopping and then out to lunch in adorable downtown Holland.
Then we all had some beach time and swam in the balmy (yes, balmy) Lake Michigan. It's soooo warm in that lake water. Fun waves, cool breeze, hot sun.
Worst Part of the Day - Sarah left. Booo. Also limited veg option on lunch menu. First time in a long while that it really felt like there was not much to eat.
Leapster Life Lesson - So we're out to dinner tonight and this girl at then next table has a DS gaming system deal. Quinn and Wes have finished their dinners and are on either side of this girl watching. The Leapsters sit abandoned at our table. Ahhhh - life lesson number 56. Someone is always going to have something cooler than you. The key is to be happy with what YOU'VE got. Hard when that DS gaming system is just so much COOLER.

Best Part of the Day - Sista Sarah still here!! Dropped little ones at Vacation Bible School which rocks it. Met some old childhood pals (mostly of Sista S's) at the pool for some family and kiddo fun. My mom went above and beyond by swimming with Quinn and then going back to the cottage to wake up and retrieve Wes. Nice. Also Quinn (finally!) earned his Leapster by doing a perfect dog paddle - head above water, arms and legs amovin'. WOW - progress!!
Worst Part of the Day - Beat and double beat. Sarah brought me The Help and I can't stop reading it far into the night.

Worst Part of the Day - How can one be tired when one slept until 10 a.m.?? Maybe because that Wes got me up three times during the night. Not to mention it was raining off and on and humid all the dern day.
Best Part of the Day - Fritz, Mary and cousin Jenny came to hang out. Always a treat. Then Mass on the beach - Quinn saw the priest handing out Communion and placed his hands in perfect second grade Host receival mode. When he was passed over, he followed the priest. He then said "WHERE MINE?" When he saw there were some left on the 'altar' he tried to get some. I intervened at this point and he did not get one. However, Wes thought he had gotten one and tried to get it from him. It amused me. Then to a dinner party at a nearby cottage that was very laid back and fun. Especially fun to watch my mom and her bro get their social on. Oh those Gast (Dugan?) genes.

Best Part of the Day - Pool day with friends and kids and family. Then my dad came back early from an adult's only pool party so I could attend (thanks Dad). It was either hilarious or pathetic that the above 50 crowd was pusing each other in the pool after swilling rum n' tonics that were mostly rum. But even sober ole me couldn't help get carried away by the steel drum music and balmy night breezes. Then Sarah and I did our Irish goodbye (just stole away into the night.)

Best Part of the Day - Took kiddos to the 'bucket' pool after I worked out at the gym. This pool is part of the gym structure, but outside with those buckets that are in the air and fill up and dump water. Plus a water slide and a huge 'mushroom' like deal that sprays water and, of course, spigots of water all over the place. The kiddos and I arrived at 10:40 a.m. and left at 1:45 p.m. It's funny to recall taking them to this very pool last year with Erik and it being SO SO BAD - whining, crying, swim diapers, not eating lunch .... it was so easy and so fun. I saw this woman with her two year old tantruming on the ground in front of the concession stand and thought "man I don't miss that."
Then sista Sarah arrived!! In da house. We all went out to eat (and boyz were good again). Then back to the porch for chit chat.

Best Part of the Day-
Again out of hosp job earlish/on-time. This time just had an hour at the home prior to kid pick-up. This allowed me to start the unpacking and tons of laundry bit. (What a queer best part...)
Took the kiddies with a co-worker to St. Rita's Parish Fest (6 houses away). They had an absolute blast with their tickets and bounce houses and slides and such. Good clean fun.

So I have a ton happening (meeting realtor and home appraisal peeps tomorrow and next day) so had to cancel my pre-planned Michigan trip for tomorrow. Being nice, I told a co-worker I could take call for her tomorrow as I would now be in town and my parents agreed to be on-call for the kids--as long as she could work August 1 for me. This co-worker got a sad face and said, "As much as I would like to take that day, I can't...in fact I am booked all summer." Well, me too!!! Holy schnickies.
Again out of hosp job earlish/on-time. This time just had an hour at the home prior to kid pick-up. This allowed me to start the unpacking and tons of laundry bit. (What a queer best part...)
Took the kiddies with a co-worker to St. Rita's Parish Fest (6 houses away). They had an absolute blast with their tickets and bounce houses and slides and such. Good clean fun.
Worst Part of the Day-
So I have a ton happening (meeting realtor and home appraisal peeps tomorrow and next day) so had to cancel my pre-planned Michigan trip for tomorrow. Being nice, I told a co-worker I could take call for her tomorrow as I would now be in town and my parents agreed to be on-call for the kids--as long as she could work August 1 for me. Best Part of the Day-
Again done early with hospital job so I could swing to job #1 (what this really allows is me to head off issues, complications and problems...)
Had carpets and upholstery steam-cleaned and whoa, it is clean (for at least one day.)
Worst Part of the Day-
Liam went on field trip to the local Fire Department and Scarlet had a field trip to a pool (via glorious summer camp.) Both were so content upon me collecting them, we simply hung in the yard doing Slip N' Slide and playing post-camp. Enjoyble.

Great day back at hospital. Good to see the peeps and show some pics. Got out early which allowed me to run to job #1 (cause I really had to.)

My mom so graciously offered to sleep over as I am on-call. The kids were INSANE with the added dynamic that is Babs. I think for future it should be 1 of us, not both...
Also a fuse blew and the AC/stove combo was not working for a spell. Hot as hell and kinda annoying all around...

1. Sat First Class on flight to Miami. I do enjoy...
2. Getting in my poofy, comfy bed at the end of this crazy ass long travel day.

Standard ol traveling hell. A 3 hour delay out of Punta Cana, then a 3 hour delay out of Miami. Could not recall where the heeeel I parked in the dern lot at O'Hare and then hit construction and detour-city when 5 miles from home....just let me stop travelling about...

Best Part of the Day-
Relaxedly hanging and eating and guzzling...most of the destination wed folks departed today, do the 3 cool peeps (bride, groom and my bad self) remain. Hey, do you guys know I coming on your honeymoon with ya?? Heh, heh. After din Alli went to bed early and Sean and I headed the resort entertainment: Magic Show. We sat front row in hopes of one of us getting on stage and within 11 minutes of sitting down, I was up there--front and center--watching this man pull a 200 yard piece of paper out of his mouth. It was pretty cool, actually.

Kinda missing the kiddies, but really not wanting to leave this paradise of love tomorra morn.

Best Part of the Day - To the gym which Quinn totally remembered from last year. It's amazing what they will recall (and not recall). Then back to soccer camp which was again full of fun activity and tired boys. Wes tried to fall asleep, but I would not let him. Out to dinner with my dad and the boyz - and they were pretty dern good (oh what a difference a year makes :) Then got little ones to sleep at 8:30 p.m. (in different rooms to start this time around).

Best Part of the Day - We made it to Michigan! Out to breakfast with my dad and the boyz - and they did well sitting nicely. Then the boyz had a soccer camp (one hour of soccer drills by a local high school coach) which was super fun, active and right on their level. Flushed cheeked boyz for majority of the day. Went to the local gym and then to get some groceries.
Worst Part of the Day - Boyz did NOT sleep in - BRUTAL. Then after trying to get him to nap all afternoon, Wes sacked out at about 4 p.m. Consequently, I could not get either boy to sleep until 10:30!!!! AARRGGHH. Major dark circles under eyes and me in a twin bed while Wes in the Queen - booooo.

Best Part of the Day - Got the drive to Michigan OVER with. Left at 10 a.m. and arrived at 12:30 p.m. Done and done.
Worst Part of the Day - Driving to Michigan. Torrential downpour for the first 2 plus hours of the trip. We lost one DVD player with about 4.5 hours left ... not as much drama as one might expect, but just enough to give the driver (me) thoughts of veering into oncoming traffic (just kidding.) Had a godawful bean burrito from Taco Bell. The kiddos would NOT fall asleep - maybe not such a good idea to let them get new movies for the trip?? Wes finally feel asleep with about 75 minutes left and Quinn with 30 minutes left.
Trip Highlights -
Me upon sighting a traffic slow down in Virginia. "oh there must be an accident"
Quinn "oh did you poop your pants?"
Um not that kind of accident.
Lost both Leapster games about four hours in to the trip. Found one (after pulling over) in the treat bag. And later found one that Quinn had been sitting on.
Wes - "we've been in the car a long, long, long, long, long, long time." You said it, kiddo.

Happy Birthday to my Dad 7/11!! Many Happy Returns! (and to my pal Miss Jill -Happy Birthday!!)
Best Part of the Day - Almost finished packing for my minivan trek with the minis tomorrow. We head to Michigan for close to a month o' beachy fun. Gotta get out of this heat!
Worst Part of the Day - Packing all the live long day. Not to mention cleaning the house and all that laundry. Plus EvilQuinn still hanging around.
Carrot - Wes earned his second Leapster game today by asking (begging) for chores. He helped me make the beds and clean the basement. Then he, Erik and I went outdoors and he hosed down his outdoor toys, dragged branches to the curb and put away some items. He chose Dora. I told EvilQuinn he could earn his Leapster by eating "just one pea" (a chant that Wes and I have been all about for several days now.) "Just one pea! Just one pea! Just one pea!" CLEARLY I really want him to earn that Leapster before the 12 hour drive to Michigan. But EvilQuinn won't eat one pea. Not for a Leapster, a Leapster carrying case, a Leapster plug and a game of his choice. He is one star short of earning the thing. Seriously now.

Best Part of the Day - Wes had a b-day party to attend and the invite said "drop off". Erik talked me into actually "dropping him off." (I do worry about him a bit.) So Erik, Quinn and I hit the mall (Erik still not 100% well, but he kept up.) The three of us really did have fun just wandering in and out of stores, eating (Quinn) and sipping 'Bucks. And my friend J said that Wes was just fine.
Worst Part of the Day - Erik still not all that well so we had to cancel fun plans with friends. Also should I not be readying myself for the Monday 12 hour car ride to Michigan? Packing? Not yet, friends.
Wes/Quinn - So lately Wes has been quite a joy - listening, only mild tantrums, jolly good fun all around. And Quinn has turned into (what I call) EvilQuinn. EvilQuinn laughs in your face when you tell him to do something, won't listen, whines, won't go to bed at night, ect. ect. Let's get through this stage quick before I belt him one.

Best Part of the Day - The boyz and I were laz-a-abouts today. It was a total free-fer-all and I liked it.
Worst Part of the Day - Erik came home illin'. Had to take care o' him and the little ones. He is not feeling well at ALL. Pobre.
Also am HATING to miss Sean and Alli's big, big, BIG day. :( I know the Cahills are having a blast in the sun n' surf. I love thinking about them all together. BEST WISHES!!! Can't wait to see photos.

Worst Part of the Day - It's hot. Like Africa hot here.
Best Part of the Day - Taught Centergy. Two hours o' pool time. Toy Story 3 with my boys and my pal C and her two little ones (Bella is Wes' age and has a six month old who was complete perfection during the movie. How does she do it?) My boyz were good as gold and sat the entire movie. Whoa. Go Pixar - you made them sit for close to two hours.

Did water aerobics, played beach volleyball, had a borchata and salsa dance lesson and then played tennis amongst the non-stop eating and drinking of the day. High fun in the sun.

Worst Part of the Day-
Had a wave of nausea while dining at the Japanese restaurant this eve. Had to say no to the sushi and take a small breather.
Oddly, after my mini-episode of dry heaving and deep breathing, I opted for a vodka 7-up to settle my stomach. And oddly it worked.
Side Note:
One of Alli's friends (who is absolutely stand-up comedian funny) says that he is so freaked out by the physique of the Cahills (the Cahill males, that is), he wants us to start a Camp Cahill to whip the standard business man into shape. Incidentally my above activities are 1/6 of what the Cahill male does on a daily basis.

Best Part of the Day-
A wedding on the beach with barefoot guests! The ceremony was spectacular (and short and sweet) and tear-inducing. Sean and Alli are an amazing twosome. An all around beautiful day. Perfecto.
Mike, Terry and I pulled off our respective wedding toasts--we'll make ya laugh, we'll make ya cry. Three sighs of relief.

Funny Best/Worst-
After a long day of fun and sun and a wedding--as well as several days of constant eating/drinking, Alli and many guests were done by the 11pm mark. (Makes sense, people.) Inexplicably (or perhaps poetically) Terry, Sean, Mike and I stayed out til the wee hours with 2 of Alli's friends. The 6 of us proceeded to have THE MOST rockin dance party (with Terry's ipod "wedding mix" he compiled anticipating this exact scenario). We did roughly 10 shots of tequila a piece (not including other bevs) and closed all of the resort bars down. Ummmmm? HI-larious pics from this segment. Oddly none with the bride?*

Best Part of the Day-
Made it in one piece to Punta Cana, DR! Wowie. This place is idyllic. It is not buggy at all despite what I have heard...this resort is truly beyond gorgeous. Was welcomed with open arms by my fellow destination wedding crew and had a serious ball at the rehearsal dinner!!!!!

Worst Part of the Day-
Planned to leave home at 4 am-ish to make flight out of O'Hare airport. Awoke at 5:10am and flew out the door with a few "shit, shit, shits" under my breath. Was magically able to get gas and cruise to airport, park, take shuttle and make it to check-in by 6:30am (my original plan.) Whew.
Super long ass travel day...arrived to glorious resort at 6pm feeling beaten and exhausted and gross and flabby.

I enforced the kids to take their quarterly nap and Liam zonked out for the night at 5pm after his way late night last eve and full day of swimming. He would not wake after 12 attempts. I left him with snoozing with Will-O manning the home and Scar was bummed not to see fireworks with Dad and bro. Oh well.

1. Babs took the kiddies for the afternoon.
2. Met the kiddies at my parents' and we all went to see fireworks on the lake. It was pretty amazing. Watched this extreme light show on parents' friends' boat and the kiddies loooved. We all literally "ooohed" and "ahhhhhed".
Note: If there is anything Republicans like to spend money on, it's incendiaries. What a firework show!!

Worst Part of the Day - Having one of the those days when I can FEEL I need a break from the kiddos. Instead I took them to Discovery Place which was ANNOYINGLY crowded. After two hours I drug them outta there.
Wes a mess at swim lessons - just very tired? Who knows.
Best Part of the Day - Put babes to bed and watched some mindless tv. That Pretty Little Liars show better stop that teacher/student relationship asap as it is a dealbreaker for me. I cannot watch that - makes me cringe!!

Best Part of the Day - Kiddos most excellent during this wait. There was some "we've been here a looonnnggg time", but overall they were stellar troopers. We then went to Chik-Fil-A for them to play and then Target to pick up a birthday gift. Left the house at 9:45 a.m. and arrived home at 4:30 p.m. Boooooo.

Worst Part of the Day - Wes acting terrible - might he be getting sick? Probably had what Quinn had earlier in the week - fever that spikes and then ends in a 12 hour period. But in one of our worse parenting decisions, we took him to the Fourth of July party anyways. In our defense he was running around with a big smile when we left. He was fine for two hours and then after bumping his head hard on the homemade, white trash (think water and baby shampoo) slip n' slide, he ended up sleeping/watching tv for three hours and feeling rather warm. Then Quinn ended up burning his finger on a HUGE sparkler - big blister. Should a 4 year old really be holding one of those?
Best Part of the Day - Took boyz out to breakfast at Panera and they were very well behaved. Later we headed over to Chris and Ann's annual Fourth of July party. Good fun - especially when my girls M and H showed up. Then the fun began. Chris and Ann always throw an excellent party - kid friendly and very laid back.

Worst Part of the Day - Is it even possible for Quinn to say ANY phrase in a non-whining tone. I'm learning toward "nooooooo." (read that in a whine tone).
Then dropped kiddos off for a Parent's Night Out at a local preschool. Twenty Five dollars for two kids for four hours. Can't beat it. Chris and Ann also dropped off their kiddos and we went to a local, outside biker bar for a drink, then this very delicious restaurant and then back to biker bar. Good fun and home by 9:15 p.m. Nice.

Best Part of the Day - Wes' preschool teacher invited us over to their neighborhood pool. Her middle child is a good pal of Quinn's. Her youngest child is now in summer session with Wes. So it's all good family fun. She is very, very cool. Her husband is a teacher and was also there and he is very cool as well.
Erik home for some home cooked dinner (whoa!) Then two Friday Night Lights - lovin' it!!

Best Part of the Day - Got me a babysitter and went out for cocktails and dinner with some friends. Pineapple vodka infused with fresh pineapple makes a mighty fine drink. It was pretty much hilarity from start to finish. Relaxing and refreshing - both the drink and the company.

Best Part of the Day - Now is there truly anything more darling than a Fourth o' July parade put on by 2, 3, 4 and 5 year olds? At one point Wes thought the parade was going to slow so he sped up and passed a bunch of kids. This was clearly not enough action for him, so he just decided to go in circles really fast. This kind of screwed up the parade route (as you can imagine). And yes, I did claim him after and I think most people were laughing. It was kind of cluster filled as these things will be anyhoo.
Worst Part of the Day - It rained and poured and then cleared up just in time for swim lessons so we had to hustle which I hate, hate, HATE as I tend to get crazy.

Met Cuz K. to see her son's little league game at Lake Park. Sooooo great to see her after weeks and weeks. Big laughs lil and wine and (my) kids running til their feet were black with dirt and a tie baseball game after they were down 0-8. Summer fun in America.

Took kiddies to Northpoint Snack Shack on beach to eat din prior to little league game. Pretty fun to sit beach side and snack away on non-heart healthy fare. As Liam sat down to munch his hot dog, before even the first bite it slid out from the bun and directly into the sand below. He wailed with grief...
